Terms and Conditions
- When you order the ACAI BERRY POWER 1200 your credit card will be charged 49.99 plus 7.95 for the shipping and handling charge.
- You will have a full 30 day period from your original order date to decide if ACAI BERRY POWER 1200 is right for you. Your order includes one bottle of ACAI BERRY POWER 1200 with 60 capsules (a 30 day supply). If you are enjoying XLENT ACAI, then do nothing and at the end of your 30-day period. Please remember most customers see significant/noticeable results after using ACAI BERRY POWER 1200 consistently for 3 months.
- If you find ACAI BERRY POWER 1200 is not right for you, simply complete the Return/Trial Cancellation Form located at http://www.thehappyhelpdesk.com before the 30th day and complete the form. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) so you may return the unused portion of the product to us. By returning the product to us, you will not be charged any additional fees and your future shipments will be cancelled. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.

You are required to provide an accurate phone number, e-mail address, and shipping address when placing your order.
You must contract us before the 30-day of your period if you have not received your trial product. If you fail to contact us within 30 days of ordering and we have delivered confirmation at your address, XLENT ACAI cannot be held liable for your shipments and we will assume that you have received the product.
Delivery Confirmation Policy
Because a variety of instances beyond our control may occur at your shipping address, customers agree that any delivery confirmation (even those that don't include a signature) provided by the selected shipping provider is deemed sufficient proof of delivery to the card holder.
You may cancel your membership or modify the frequency of your shipments at any time by visiting http://www.thehappyhelpdesk.com and following the directions. Please remember, most customers see most noticeable results by using ACAI BERRY POWER 1200 consistently for 3 months or more.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, simply contact us within 30 days of your original order date to cancel and you will only be billed for shipping and handling. Failure to use the product(s) does not constitute a basis for refusing to pay any associated charges (i.e. Trial Charge). To return product purchased after your 30 day period, please complete the Return/Trial Cancellation Form located at http://www.thehappyhelpdesk.com within 30 days of the ship date of your product. You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) along with the correct return address so you may return the sealed product to us. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER OR WITHOUT RETURNING THE PRODUCT. Please include your RMA number, your full name, address, phone number and e-mail address with your returned product. An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you once we receive return delivery of your item and a refund is made.
Refunds will be given on unopened products only. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returned merchandise requires a delivery confirmation from the shipping provider.
Refunds will not be given on packages marked "Return To Sender"
Shipping Terms
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt (MON-FRI) using the shipping method selected. Please be advised that shipments are not sent on Saturdays, Sundays, or any Holidays. We do not guarantee specific arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit delivery or processing charges for any shipments.
Chargebacks and Reversals
All references to a "Chargeback" refer to a reversal of a credit/debit card charge - there is no reason for a chargeback to ever be filed. If you are due a refund please contact our Customer Service Department (using this form - http://www.thehappyhelpdesk.com) so they can investigate the matter; if you are due a refund, we will gladly issue it. Unnecessary chargebacks are theft and can be prosecuted. If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently please contact our Customer Service Department (using this form - http://www.thehappyhelpdesk.com) so we can investigate the matter and help you reach a resolution.
We handle all chargebacks and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our product offer and/or theft of product. In cases where we have provided a product and we have verified that a client has received a product and/or refused or returned product(s), whether or not they have used the product in any way, possible actions taken by the company may include filing a complaint with the Internet Crimes Bureau and/or local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in your state to investigate theft of product and possible mail fraud which is a Federal Crime. All cases of chargeback requests will be vigorously fought by the Company. BE AWARE that if you choose to claim your online transaction was fraudulent that all activity and IP address information is captured. This digital proof of who and where the order was placed will be submitted to the proper authorities. This information may be used in a civil and criminal case against a customer if there is fraudulent use or theft of product(s).

I UNDERSTAND THAT THIS CONSUMER TRANSACTION INVOLVES A NEGATIVE OPTION, AND THAT I MAY BE LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FUTURE GOODS AND SERVICES UNDER THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT FOR $49.99 PER MONTH PLUS SHIPPING AND HANDLING (PLUS 6% SALES TAX IN WI), IF I FAIL TO NOTIFY THE SUPPLIER NOT TO SUPPLY THE GOODS OR SERVICES DESCRIBED.
